You can no longer create API keys for others or view others' API keys. When you create an API key you can only view the key at the time you create it. API keys are not extractable by using an API endpoint. Learn more about API authentication.
Now you can use the Active contributors quick filter to see users that are included in metrics who have PR or commit activity in the last 30 days. These users count toward license usage.
