Certifications analytics allows you to view all certifications that your learners have added to their Profile while they were active on your plan.

What you can do
Certifications analytics helps you:
- See both active and expired certifications for members of your team
- Track and monitor specific certifications to support your organization's strategic initiatives
- Acknowledge learners who have achieved new certifications
- Remind learners to update expired or soon-to-expire certifications
Web report
To get started:
- Click Analytics in the Leader view of the navigation menu.
- Click the Certifications tab.
Overview
- The overview shows overall metrics regarding subjects your users have engaged with. The data fields include:
- You can customize the web and CSV reports with the teams filter. To include unassigned users, make sure all teams are deselected.
- You can download a CSV report of your analytics data (discussed below).
Visualization
The All certifications visualization shows the total number of certifications added over the last 12 months. The visualization reflects when the learners added the certifications to their profile, which may differ from when they achieved them. Hover over any month to see a breakdown of certifications added.
Tables
Below the All certifications visualization are two tables with detailed data. Click Certifications or Users with certifications to see the respective tables.
Certifications table
The Certifications table shows data for each certification learners have added to their profile while active on your plan. You can use the filter above the table to filter by keyword within certification names.
You can click any of the labels to sort by that field, and click again to toggle between ascending and descending. The data fields include:
Beside each certification's record, you can click the caret to expand or hide the certification drawer. The drawer includes a detailed list of users who have added the certification. The data fields include:
Users with certifications table
The Users with certifications table shows data for each learner who has added certifications to their profile while active on your plan. You can use the filter above the table to filter by learner's names.

Beside each learner's record, you can click the caret to expand or hide the user drawer. The drawer includes a list of certifications the user has added. The data fields include:
CSV reports
View more details about your certifications analytics with the CSV report download. To download the CSVs, click the download icon next to the teams filter.
The file will download to your system’s Downloads folder. Depending on the size of your plan, this may take some time to process. Once downloaded, open the file in a spreadsheet program.
The CSV report contains one record per certification per learner. The data fields for the report include:
