If you purchased an individual Pluralsight Skills subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you need to manage that subscription on that platform.

Important: Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store can only be managed on their respective platforms. If you’re experiencing issues managing a third-party subscription, contact Google or Apple Support for assistance.
Purchasing through the Pluralsight app
You can purchase an individual subscription via the Pluralsight app. See Mobile and offline systems support for a list of supported mobile devices.
Purchasing with a new account
To create a new Pluralsight account and purchase a subscription:
- Download the Pluralsight app on your mobile device.
- Tap Subscribe on the Browse page. This opens the Plans and Pricing page.
- Tap Complete, then tap Continue.
- Enter your name and email address into the corresponding fields.
- Tap the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links to read them before checking the corresponding box.
- (Optional) Check the box to receive promotions and event emails.
- Tap Create account. Continue with the checkout process.
You’ll be sent an email with further instructions to set up your account.
Purchasing with an existing account
To purchase a subscription with an existing Pluralsight account:
- Download the Pluralsight app on your mobile device.
- Tap Sign in (Apple) or Sign in to start watching (Android) on the Browse page.
- Enter your Pluralsight credentials, then tap Sign in.
- Tap Subscribe on the Browse page. This opens the Plans and Pricing page.
- Tap Complete, then tap Continue.
- Continue with the checkout process.
Managing your subscription through Google
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be managed in Google Play.
In Google Play you can:
- Manage your subscription
- Renew your subscription
- Manage billing and payment
- Cancel your subscription

Managing your subscription through Apple
If you purchased an individual subscription through Apple, you must manage that subscription using the Settings app on your iOS device, the App Store on your macOS device, or iTunes on your Windows PC.
Through Apple you can:
- Change from monthly to annual billing, or vice versa
- Manage your payment method
- Cancel your subscription

Fixing syncing issues on iOS and macOS devices
If you purchased a subscription from Apple, but you're not seeing any content to view in the app, try syncing the app with Apple to view content.
To sync your app:
- Launch the Pluralsight app on your iOS device and log in.
- Tap Home, then tap the Settings gear.
- Tap Restore subscription.
- Type in your Apple ID password when prompted.
- You will be redirected to the Pluralsight app settings screen.
You should now be able to view content on the app.
