Now that you've enabled your teams and launched Flow, it's time to check in on your Flow settings. Before, you learned about how doing preventative maintenance on your Flow settings keeps things running smoothly. With all the changes that come with adding people to Flow, it's a good time to check in to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Not sure where to start? Revisit your maintenance agreement for the list of things to update (and who is responsible for maintaining them).
If you revisit all the settings of the maintenance agreement now, it's probably sooner than you had scheduled. That's okay! You've made a lot of changes in a short period of time and while it might be early to check in, it's better to make sure things are still working correctly now than it is to wait for the recommended maintenance window. After this check, you can return to your regular maintenance schedule.
Don't want to revisit the entire maintenance agreement right now? Make sure to at least check these settings to ensure they're accurate before moving forward.
- Make sure your integration data statuses are healthy
- Double-check that all your users are merged correctly
- Check if your users are on the correct teams
- Make sure your roles have the correct permissions
Most concerns can be addressed by reviewing the items in the maintenance agreement, but if you're seeing anything you can't resolved, please contact Pluralsight Support for help.
Tip: Ask for feedback from your new Flow users on their experience—hearing as soon as possible about any potential concerns will make it easier to resolve them before they become an issue.
What's next?
Now that you've set up your Flow plan and double-checked that your settings are up-to-date, it's time to drive Flow usage at your organization.
