Starting a team trial
You can start a Skills team trial (opens in new tab) for 10 or fewer users on our Professional plan for 30 days. You must enter your billing information to start the trial—see what payment methods and currencies we accept.
Tip: Once you’ve started your team trial, see Invite your team for instructions on adding more users to the trial plan. Be sure to assign yourself a license to get a full view of what learners will experience.
If you don't want to enter any billing information or would like a trial for more than 10 users, please contact Pluralsight Sales (opens email form) with the subject line Pilot Inquiry. Someone from our Sales team will follow up with you within two business days.
Converting to a paid plan
To convert your team trial to a paid plan, submit a request to our Sales team. Here’s how:
- Sign in to your Skills account (opens in new tab).
- Click Account in the leader navigation menu.
- Where your plan's expiration date is listed, click Renew now.
- Enter your details and click Submit request.
Once you’ve submitted your conversion request, our Sales team will get back to you within two business days.
Canceling a team trial
Team trials automatically cancel on the expiration date. Once your team trial expires, you will not be billed and all members of the trial plan will lose access to Skills content.
Important: If you decide not to continue with a paid plan after your team trial, please remove all users from the plan before it expires. If you don’t do this, users will be prevented from joining another plan in the future.
