Change which email communications you receive from Pluralsight on the Communication preferences page (opens in new tab).
Tip: You can update your marketing email preferences (opens in new tab) without logging in to your Pluralsight account.
To access your communication preferences:
- Click your avatar in the Learner navigation menu.
- Click Account settings.
- Click the Communication preferences tab.
From here, you can unsubscribe from email communications or refine your preferences around emails you receive about your activity on Skills, updates on new content, promotions and announcements from Pluralsight, and more.
Common questions
What happens when I unsubscribe from emails?
When you unsubscribe from some or all emails from Pluralsight, please allow 24 hours for your changes to take effect.
After you’ve unsubscribed, keep in mind that you’ll continue to receive email notifications about your account and devices. See a list of these in the Required communications section of your communication preferences.
Can I turn off in-app notifications?
No, there isn’t a way to turn off in-app notifications.
I'm an admin. Can I unsubscribe all learners on my plan from emails?
If you’d like to unsubscribe your plan from Pluralsight emails, provide a list of learner email domains you’d like blocked to your Customer Success Manager, or contact Support using the link below.
