Whether you've forgotten your credentials or just want to make your Pluralsight account more secure, there are a few ways you can change your password.
Note: If your account was migrated from ACG, see Managing your account after migration. If you're on a plan with single sign-on (SSO) enabled, you may not have a password that can be reset.
Forgot password
To request a password reset:
- Go to the Pluralsight sign-in page (opens in new tab).
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and click Send email.
- Check your email for a reset link from Pluralsight. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders.
- Follow the link in the email, then enter and confirm your new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. If you don’t receive an email, contact Pluralsight Support to request a password reset.
- Sign in with your new credentials.
Update password
If you're already signed in to your Pluralsight account and don't know your password, you can update your password through your Account page (opens in new tab) using these steps.
Note: If your account was migrated from ACG, these steps won’t work for you—see Managing your account after migration for password reset instructions.
