Whether you've forgotten your credentials or just want to make your Pluralsight account more secure, there are a few ways you can change your password.
Note: If you're on a plan with single sign-on (SSO) enabled, you may not have a password that can be reset.
Forgot password
Important: If your account was migrated from ACG, see Managing your account after migration for password reset instructions.
To request a password reset:
- Navigate to Pluralsight (opens in new tab).
- If you’re not signed in, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- If you’re already signed in to your account, click your avatar in the navigation menu, click Account settings, and click Forgot password? in the Password section.
- Enter your email address and click Send email.
- Check your inbox for an email from Pluralsight. If you don’t see it after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders, then contact Pluralsight Support for a reset link.
- Follow the link in the email, then enter and confirm your new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
- Sign in with your new credentials.
Update password
If you're already signed in to your Pluralsight account and know your current password, you can update it through your Account page (opens in new tab) using these steps.
Note: If your account was migrated from ACG, you won't see this option—see Managing your account after migration for password reset instructions.
- Click your avatar in the navigation menu, then click Account settings.
- Scroll to the Password section.
- Enter your current password and your new password. This must be at least 8 characters long.
- Click Update.
