If your account was created with the recommended email and password sign-in option on ACG, you can reset or change your password. Looking for instructions on changing your Pluralsight Skills or Flow credentials? See Resetting or changing your Pluralsight password.
Important: If your account was created using a social media account or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, you don't have a password to change with ACG. You'll need to update your credentials with your sign-in provider instead.

Common solutions
If you don't receive your reset email within a couple minutes, try the following options.
- Check your spam folder. Even the most organized email accounts can fall victim to the ravenous spam bin.
- Try signing in with a social media account. It's possible that you created your account using one of these—doesn’t hurt to check.
- Contact Support. If all else fails, our support team can verify which email you used to create your account. However, if you use SSO to log in, you’ll have to contact your SSO provider for reset instructions.
