The more licenses you purchase for your team plan, the more learners you can give access to Skills content and features. If you’re a plan admin, you can manage your team plan's license count from the Account page (opens in new tab).

Important: If your plan currently has more than 999 licenses, you must work with your account team to add additional licenses. See License purchase limits for more information and next steps.
Adding licenses to a plan
You can purchase more licenses at any point during your current term. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for these licenses, and they’ll be available to assign to learners immediately after purchase.
Tip: If your plan is up for renewal, you can add licenses and renew your plan at the same time. See Renewing your Skills team plan for details.
To add licenses to your plan:
- Sign in to your Skills account (opens in new tab).
- Click Account in the leader navigation menu.
- In the Skills section where your plan is listed, click Add new.
- Enter the number of licenses you want to add.
- Check the box to agree to the Terms of Use, then click Continue.
- Select an existing payment method or add a new one.
- Review your order details and click Purchase.

Adding add-on licenses to a plan
You must work with your account team to purchase add-ons to your plan or additional add-on licenses:
- If your plan isn’t currently up for renewal, reach out directly to your Account Executive. If you don’t know who your Account Executive is, check the Pluralsight contact listed on your Account page (opens in new tab).
- If your plan is within 90 days of the renewal or expiration date on your Account page (opens in new tab), reach out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance with add-ons.

Removing licenses from a plan
To decrease the number of licenses on your plan, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you don’t know who your CSM is, contact the Success team (opens email form) and include:
- your plan ID—to find this, go to your Account page (opens in new tab) and copy the end of the URL, e.g.:
app.pluralsight.com/subscriptions/plans/your-plan-id
- desired changes to your license count
After you make this request, the licenses are removed from your plan on your renewal date, which you can find on your Account page (opens in new tab). You will not be contacted when your licenses are removed.
License purchase limits
Depending on your currency, there are limits to how many licenses you can add to your plan at a time. You’ll be shown a warning if you try going over these limits:
- USD, EUR, GBP: 999 licenses
- INR: 125 licenses
- ZAR: 65 licenses
If your plan is within 90 days of the renewal or expiration date on your Account page (opens in new tab), reach out to your CSM to increase your license count beyond these limits. If your plan is outside the renewal window, reach out directly to your Account Executive.
