You can cancel your ACG individual membership at any time. Your refund options differ depending on whether you purchased your membership through ACG’s website or via the mobile app.
Note: If you’re on a team plan, please work with your account representative to make changes to your plan. If you don’t know who your account representative is, reach out to Pluralsight Sales (opens email form).
Refund policy
Since you can downgrade to a free membership at any time, we don’t provide refunds on membership fees or charges relating to memberships purchased through our website, including partially used periods and bank or merchant fees. Be sure to consider your next billing date when changing or downgrading your membership to avoid recurring charges.
Note: Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the first 14 days after the membership begins.
ACG mobile app membership refunds
If you purchased a personal ACG membership through the ACG mobile app, you’re billed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not by Pluralsight or A Cloud Guru.
