Tech Foundations allows your learners to skill up in topics important in technology today. Use program customization to tailor your learners’ Tech Foundations experience to best suit your organization, and use API reporting to see how your learners engage with the program.

Program customization
Important: All Tech Foundations programs must be published for learners to use it. This includes plans which had Tech Foundations licenses before customization was launched. If your learners are experiencing issues accessing Tech Foundations, ensure your program is published.
With customization, you can rename your Tech Foundations program and change the program description, add or hide available topics, and change the order of topics within the program. All Tech Foundations plans have access to customization. See Tech Foundations customization for more information.
Analytics and API reporting
As a leader, you can see how your learners are interacting with Tech Foundations via assessment attempts and assessment scoring in Tech Foundations analytics. API reporting allows you to gather additional information.
Two reports are available via API:
- The User Completion Report (attempt) provides a detailed look at all assessment attempts from every user currently on the plan. Fields available include attempt number and specific user details. - The User Score Report provides an aggregate score report for every user currently on your plan. This includes each learner’s number of assessments passed and the last time they interacted with the platform. Additional details are also available.
