With ACG for Business, you have access to a wealth of benefits through your organization. Use this article to learn how to access ACG and get started.
Joining a plan
If a plan admin on your organization’s team plan has invited you to ACG, you’ll receive an invite sent to your work email. Create a new account associated with your organization by accepting the invite or signing in via SSO, if applicable. See Getting started with A Cloud Guru for tips on exploring all you have access to on ACG.
Note: If you have a personal ACG account, you cannot join it to your organization’s team plan. If you see an error that you already have an individual ACG and/or Pluralsight account, it could be because you’re using your work email on an existing account. In this case, follow the instructions to change your email address on your existing account(s).
Canceling your personal subscription
If you join your company's plan but you’re already paying for a personal subscription, you can cancel your membership. If you have an annual personal subscription with time remaining, we’ll happily refund the prorated amount for you. Contact Support and choose the A Cloud Guru option.
Continuing after a change to your membership
There are a number of reasons the membership may expire or your administrator may remove you from a license. The best way to get answers is to go directly to your administrators/managers to find out why.
If you no longer have access to a company membership and you want to continue learning, you can sign up for either a monthly or annual personal subscription on an account that’s separate from your company plan. See what each plan has to offer on our pricing page (opens in new tab).
