If your organization has chosen ACG for Business, you’re probably busy exploring all the amazing benefits that come with your new membership. We’ve compiled the following information to help you along your way.
In this article
Joining a plan
If you have a personal ACG account, you cannot join it to your organization’s team plan. Instead, create a new account associated with your organization by accepting the invite sent to your work email or signing in via SSO, if applicable.
If you see an error that you already have an individual ACG and/or Pluralsight account, it could be because you’re using your work email on an existing account. In this case, follow the instructions to change your email address on your existing account(s).
Canceling your personal subscription
If you join your company's plan but you’re already paying for a personal subscription, you can cancel your membership. If you have an annual personal subscription with time remaining, we’ll happily refund the prorated amount for you. Contact Support (opens in new tab) and choose A Cloud Guru support from the dropdown list.
Using learning paths
Simply put, your admin cares about your success. Your admin can assign you learning paths (opens in new tab) to give you a clear understanding of what you should be studying to move most efficiently to true Guru status.
Continuing after a change to your membership
There are a number of reasons the membership may expire or your administrator may remove you from a license. The best way to get answers is to go directly to your administrators/managers to find out why.
If you no longer have access to a company membership and you want to continue learning, you can sign up for either a monthly or annual personal subscription on an account that’s separate from your company plan. See what each plan has to offer on our pricing page (opens in new tab).
