Resolving ACG sign-in issues

Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve issues when logging into your Pluralsight account with your A Cloud Guru credentials.

Handling a wrong email or password

If you receive a Wrong email or password error when signing in:

  • You may have entered an incorrect email address. Check to make sure your email is spelled correctly.
  • You may have entered an incorrect password. Try resetting your ACG password.

Important: If your account was created using a social media account or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, you don't have a password to change with ACG. You'll need to update your credentials with your sign-in provider instead.

  • You could be signing in on the wrong page or with the credentials for a different system. Click the credential switcher, then try entering your credentials again.

  • You may have replaced your ACG credentials with Pluralsight credentials. Try signing in on the Pluralsight sign-in page (opens in new tab).
  • You may not have an existing account, or your account was deleted. If you believe this is in error, reach out to Pluralsight Support. Otherwise, click Create an account.

Unblocking your account

If our systems flag your login request(s) as suspicious, you’ll see an error that your account has been blocked.
