You can change your personal ACG membership type or billing cycle at any time, including during a free trial.

Changing your membership during a free trial

You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your billing cycle at any point during a 7-day free trial. This doesn't change your original trial end date, which you can find in your Membership settings (opens in new tab).

Upgrading your membership

Upgrading your membership takes effect immediately. To upgrade:

1. Click your avatar in the navigation menu, then click Account settings.
2. Click the Membership tab.
3. Click Change Plan.
4. Click Upgrade for the membership type you want to upgrade to.
5. Update or confirm your billing details.

Downgrading your membership

When you downgrade your membership after your free trial has ended, you retain access to the features associated with your current membership type until the end of the current billing period.

To downgrade:

1. Click your avatar in the navigation menu, then click Account settings.
2. Click the Membership tab.
3. Click Change Plan.
4. Click Downgrade for the membership type you want to downgrade to.

Changing your billing cycle

If you’re on a free trial or paid membership, you can change your billing cycle from monthly to yearly or vice versa. Here’s how:

1. Click your avatar in the navigation menu, then click Account settings.
2. Click the Membership tab.
3. Click Change Plan.
   1. To change from monthly to yearly billing, click Upgrade for your current membership type, then update or confirm your billing details.
   2. To change from yearly to monthly billing, click Downgrade for your current membership type.
