Desktop systems
To use Pluralsight Skills and A Cloud Guru, watch video courses, and complete hands-on activities, we recommend using the following browsers and operating systems:
- Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS:
- Edge
- Firefox
- Chrome
- Safari
We do not support:
- Opera
- Internet Explorer
Skills videos will work natively on Linux on a browser, since we stream videos through HTML5. Depending on your version of Linux, you might run into codec issues. The Skills desktop offline player does not work on Linux.

Mobile, desktop, and TV apps

The A Cloud Guru mobile app is also available for iOS and Android. To check your device’s compatibility and download the app, visit the App Store (external site, opens in new tab) or the Google Play store (external site, opens in new tab).
Cloud labs and sandboxes
Each vendor sets the minimum specifications for accessing their cloud services as part of ACG hands-on labs and sandboxes. See guidance for:

To connect to virtual machines created from hands-on labs or sandboxes, make sure you're on SSH version 2 and at least version 8 of RDP.
