Sometimes, you may need to reach out to a Pluralsight contact for additional help with your plan. Use this article to understand who to reach out to, depending which product you're looking for help with.
Note: Always make sure to check out the Help Center first to self-serve answers to your product questions.
Skills
As a Pluralsight Skills plan admin, you can reach out to your designated Pluralsight contact for help with add-ons, licenses, and other changes to your team plan.
To locate your Pluralsight contact:
- Click Account in the left-pane navigation menu.
- Scroll down to Pluralsight Contact at the bottom of the page.
- Your Pluralsight contact’s name and email is listed with a link to email them directly.
If you have trouble getting in touch with the Pluralsight contact listed on your account, please contact Pluralsight Sales (opens email form).
Flow
As a Pluralsight Flow admin, you can reach out to your designated Flow contact for help with licenses, Expert Services add-ons for deployment and enablement, and other changes to your plan.
Tip: It's common to have questions about how Flow licenses are purchased. Instead of licenses based on the number of people who access Flow, you purchase Flow licenses based on the number of Active contributors on your plan. An Active contributor is any user included in metrics that has commit or PR activity in the past 30 days. Feel free to reach out for more information on how this works in your plan.
In most cases, you should reach out to your dedicated Flow Customer Success Manager or your Flow Account Executive to help you with these questions and more. If you do not have a dedicated Pluralsight contact, or are having trouble getting in touch with them, please contact Flow Customer Success (opens email form).
