Features and major changes
Ticket log experience updates
Now you can more easily identify high-activity tickets that need attention while viewing Flow’s ticketing reports.
Ticket log report has been removed from the left-hand navigation and is now accessible from four other reports including Retrospective, Sprint movement, Investment profile, and Home. Your Ticket log will now be automatically filtered to the tickets you’re currently viewing data for—saving you time and decreasing context switching.
Where should I start? When you’re using a report with ticket data, use the View in Ticket log button to see more detailed information about the tickets that contribute to your metrics. Use this to explore specific tickets and use the provided links to see them in your vendor.
Creating Vendor URL templates
Now you can create Vendor URL templates on the Vendor URL template page. If you have a self-hosted git host and are unable to view your commits after clicking a link in Flow, set up a Vendor URL template so Flow knows where to correctly link to show you your commit.
Where should I start? If you notice commits linking incorrectly, set up a Vendor URL template to allow correct linking. Learn more about Vendor URL templates for commit linking.
Weekly data for Collaboration metrics API
Now when using the Collaboration metrics API, you can see data for each metric broken down by week in your selected time frame. This helps you understand how your metrics are changing over time.
Where should I start? If you already use the Collaboration metrics API, check out the new data available to you to see how it might make sense for your organization.
Reviewer and Submitter metrics in Review collaboration
We’ve split the collaboration metrics into Reviewer and Submitter metrics. Submitter metrics focus on the activities PR submitters take to drive a PR to merge. Reviewer metrics focus on the activities PR reviewers take to ensure quality PRs are ready to be merged.
Where should I start? Explore the new metrics organization in Review collaboration so you can better understand which metrics help tell the collaboration story you’re interested in.
