Team standup
Now you have access to the Team standup report to infuse your team standup meetings with data and insights. Use the information in this report to identify and tackle PRs and tickets you want to keep moving through your workflow as well as have discussions about how to remove blockers and free up bandwidth for your team to do the work that matters to them.
Where should I start? Open the report and start using it for your standups. You shouldn’t need to set up any additional configurations beyond what you already have to use ticket and PR reports in Flow.
DORA metrics API
Now you can access DORA metric data in the format that works best for use. Use the DORA metrics API to extract data about the four DORA metrics, as well as the incidents and deployments that make them up.
Where should I start? Explore the data you can extract from these endpoints and evaluate where you can include it in your existing dashboards and visualizations.
Ticket metrics API
Now you can access data from Flow’s ticket reports in a format that works best for you. The Ticket metrics and Ticket log APIs extract metrics data from Retrospective and ticket lists from Ticket log.
