If you’re a plan admin, you can upgrade your team plan from Starter to Professional, or Professional to Enterprise. Use the Skills subscription and plan comparison to see these plans side by side.

Note: When you upgrade your team plan online, your license count stays the same. To add more licenses, see Adding licenses to a plan.
Upgrading your plan
- Sign in to your Skills account (opens in new tab).
- Click Account in the leader navigation menu.
Tip: If you don’t see Account in the menu, click Learner navigation to switch your view to Leader navigation. If you don’t have this option, you’re not currently a plan admin—reach out to a plan admin to update your access.
- In the Skills section where your plan type is listed, click Upgrade.
- Select a saved payment method or add a new one. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your term if you’re upgrading before your renewal date.
- Click Purchase to complete your upgrade.
Downgrading your plan
To downgrade your team plan, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you don’t know who your CSM is, contact our Success team (opens email form) from the email associated with your Skills account and include:
- your plan ID—to find this, go to your Account page (opens in new tab) and copy the end of the URL, e.g.:
app.pluralsight.com/subscriptions/plans/your-plan-id
. - the plan type you want to downgrade to
