Important: Since your contract with Pluralsight has already been paid, it is not possible to receive a PS Wallet credit as a cash refund. Instead, use this balance toward your next renewal, additional licenses, or plan add-ons.
Receiving a PS Wallet credit
As we implement Pluralsight’s new plans and pricing, team plans are upgrading to the Everything plan on their renewal date. For some of our business customers, this upgrade in plan also comes with a reduction in price the next time they renew.
If you choose to upgrade your plan to Everything early instead of waiting for your renewal date and you’ve already paid for some or all of your subscription up front, you’ll receive a prorated credit in your PS Wallet to account for the price reduction of your plan.
Upgrading through your account team
If you work with your account representative to upgrade your plan to Everything before your renewal, and this results in a reduction in price, you’ll receive a PS wallet credit automatically. You can see this balance on your Account page (opens in new tab).
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the balance to appear on your Account page.
Upgrading online
If you upgrade online to Everything before your renewal, and this results in a reduction in price, you’re shown the price of your current plan, your new plan, and the price difference at checkout. Your PS wallet will be credited the amount of the price difference to apply toward future purchases.
If you have a PS Wallet balance, you’ll see it in the PS Wallet section of your Account page (opens in new tab).
Important: If there is a discrepancy between the credit displayed at checkout and the PS Wallet credit amount on your account page, it could be because:
- Your billing address is in an area where we don’t collect tax.
- You had an unpaid invoice. Any outstanding balance already on your account is deducted from your PS Wallet balance when you upgrade.
See your final PS Wallet balance on your Account page (opens in new tab). For questions about your balance, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Pluralsight contact.
Using your PS Wallet balance
Your PS Wallet credit is applied towards your next renewal, additional licenses, or plan add-ons, including adding Professional Services (opens in new tab) to your plan. This allows you to grant more members of your team the opportunity to upskill with Pluralsight and benefit from the expanded content and hands-on features available on your upgraded plan.
When you make your next purchase online or with your account team, your PS Wallet balance is automatically deducted from your total amount due.
