Post-migration tasks
After your migration date:
- Sign in to your account. Great news—there are no changes to your account credentials or the way you sign in. Admins and learners should continue to sign in through http://learn.acloud.guru/login.
Note: As customers migrate, we’ll continue to have a dual sign-in page. In the meantime, even after you’ve migrated to Pluralsight, you and your team will continue to use the ACG sign-in page, and you’ll be redirected to Pluralsight when you sign in. In the future, all Pluralsight customers will use the same sign-in page. See Signing in to Pluralsight or ACG for assistance.
- Start exploring. Sometimes the best thing to do with a new tool is to click around and experiment. There are tool tips throughout Skills to guide you through the new experience and show you everything you need to know. You can also rewatch the Pluralsight Skills: Admin Onboarding course (opens in new tab) and reference the Admin success center at any time.
- Get familiar with your leader tools. Team management and analytics will be popular features for you. It’s important to get familiar with the People page and report types so you can better manage your team(s). As an admin, you’ll be using the People and Analytics pages on a regular basis.
- Be on the lookout for your data. Not all of your plan’s data will be available on day one—but don’t worry, it’s on its way. By Day 1, the vast majority of your historical data will be migrated, with the complete amount by Day 7 post-migration.
Note: If you experience any issues with your historical data after the first week, reach out to our Support team.
- Connect with your account representative. Let them know you made it over to Pluralsight, and share any questions or feedback with them—we want to hear it all!
- Remember your resources. Keep the ACG migration hub bookmarked for migration-related questions, and leverage the Help Center as you continue to guide your team in Pluralsight. Continue to share feedback and wins with your account representative.
We’re so glad you’re here in Pluralsight. Keep being awesome, Cloud Gurus!
