If your ACG account was migrated to Pluralsight, sign in to Pluralsight through the ACG sign-in page (opens in new tab) with your existing ACG credentials.
If you normally sign in with a password or a social sign-in method, you have the option to set a new Pluralsight password to replace your ACG credentials, but this isn’t required.
Read on to learn more about managing your email and password post-migration.
Changing the ACG password on your migrated account
If you sign in with an email and password, use the Forgot password? option on the ACG sign-in page (opens in new tab) to change the password on your migrated account. See Resetting your ACG password for full instructions.
Setting or resetting your Pluralsight credentials
Important: When you set a Pluralsight password on your migrated account, you are effectively replacing your ACG credentials with Pluralsight credentials. This means that going forward:
- You’ll use the Pluralsight sign-in page (opens in new tab) to access your account via email and password.
- You’ll manage your account from the Account settings page (opens in new tab) in Pluralsight.
- You can add and verify additional email addresses on your migrated account.
To set or reset your Pluralsight credentials:
- Go to the Pluralsight sign-in page (opens in new tab).
- If you’re not signed in, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter your email address, and click Send email.
- If you’re already signed in to your account, click your avatar in the navigation menu, click Account settings, and click Send email in the Password section.
- Check your inbox for an email from Pluralsight. If you don't see it after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders, then contact Pluralsight Support for a reset link.
- Follow the link in the email. You’ll see a message reminding you that you’re setting Pluralsight credentials. Click Confirm.
- Enter and confirm your new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
- Sign in with your new credentials.
Changing your email address
Once you’ve set your Pluralsight credentials, you can successfully add and verify email addresses on your account on the Account settings page (opens in new tab). See Changing your email address for instructions.
Note: Be sure to set Pluralsight credentials before attempting to change your email address through the Account settings page. Otherwise, your email verification won’t be processed.
