Using AI translations in courses
AI translations for courses are currently available in:
- French (Canada)
- French (France)
- German
- Spanish
Note: If your course has AI translation options, you’ll see the Audio, closed captions and transcripts available in multiple languages icon and message on the course details page.
To find courses offered in a specific language, go to Browse all (opens in new tab) and select a language under the Languages filter. Course results from the filtered search will show that language option in audio settings.
To change the audio language or subtitles of a video:
- Start an AI-translated video.
- Click the Settings gear icon.
- Choose your preferred audio and/or subtitle language. These do not have to match.
You can switch languages or turn translations off at any time while watching.
These courses are translated using advanced AI technology. To share feedback about a translation, click Send Feedback, select your feedback type(s), and add your comments before clicking Submit.
Using AI translations in Skill IQ Verified assessments
Note: Skill IQ Verified assessments are machine translated. The questions and answer options in this assessment are automatically translated using machine translation and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The English version is the authoritative source.
AI translations for Skill IQ Verified assessments are currently available in:

- Spanish (Mexico)
- Spanish (Spain)
Important: Once you start an assessment in your selected language, you can’t switch to another language until your next assessment attempt. You can toggle between English and your selected language during the assessment.
To start a Skill IQ Verified assessment in another language:
- Go to the Skill IQ Verified page (opens in new tab) and select an assessment.
- Select your preferred language from the Selection your language dropdown.
- Click Start.
Each question is shown in your selected language with the date it was machine translated. Most of the user interface remains in English.
To switch to English during the assessment, click English (primary). To return to your selected language, click the language name. You can give feedback about assessment questions by clicking Give feedback on this question.
