If you want to change your membership plan, you can do so by downgrading or upgrading at any time.
What happens if I change my subscription during the 7-day free trial?
You can switch subscription types at any point during the trial. This will not change the original trial end date.
Note: To access the free trial you'll need to sign up for a membership. During sign up, you'll see the last day of your free trial noted at the bottom of the pricing page on the right side of the screen.

What happens if I change my subscription after the 7-day free trial?
Any upgrades to your plan after the 7-day free trial will take effect immediately. If you downgrade your membership after the 7-day free trial, you will retain access to the features associated with your current plan until the date of your next renewal.
How do I change my subscription?
- To change your membership plan, click on your avatar in the top right corner. Then, click Account Settings.
- Click the Membership tab.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select your preferred subscription type as shown below.
You now know how to upgrade or downgrade your membership.
Will I be notified of the change?
If you schedule a change, you'll see it listed in your Membership Settings.

Important: Users who have a scheduled downgrade will be unable to access the Change Plan button. You'll need to remove your downgrade/changes before making new changes.
