Connecting HTTPS Repositories

Tags: Flow on-prem

Although Flow is designed to integrate with Git repository software like GitHub Cloud and Enterprise, BitBucket Cloud and Server, and GitLab, some users do not choose to use those packages.  In the cases where this is true, Flow allows you to use SSH and HTTPS to connect to your repositories.  Sadly, at this time, we are unable to offer a bulk import tool for repositories of these types, so this process must happen one repository at a time.

  1. To get started, browse to the My Data menu and select Repos.
  2. Go to the Add Repos menu and select Other.
  3. Choose Add via HTTPS.
  4. You will now be asked to enter a valid HTTPS clone URL. Once you have entered a valid URL, click Import.
  5. Flow will now validate the URL and attempt a test connection.  If the connection is successful, Flow will begin analyzing your repository.  You can click View Now to continue, or add a new HTTPS repository.
