I’m trying to sign up, but I’m receiving an email error message. What should I do?
You may be having trouble creating a new account, or joining your organization’s account, because you already have a Pluralsight or ACG account floating around in the abyss. See the table below for next steps.

| If you want to keep your accounts separate, click Keep account separate and follow the prompts to update your email addresses. Using two different email addresses will keep your new employer/business-provided ACG account and your previous account separate. If you would prefer to merge your accounts, click Merge accounts and follow the prompts. See the Pluralsight/ACG data sharing FAQ for more information on merging. ![]() |

| Try logging in using that email address. Click forgot password to have a temporary one sent to you if needed. If you want to keep your accounts separate, you’ll need to change your email address on your individual Pluralsight account. Using two different email addresses will keep your new Pluralsight account and your previous account separate. |
