How do I invite and add new users to my account?

After receiving an invitation to join your organization’s Flow account, follow the steps below to create your account and log in for the first time. Then, invite additional users into your Flow account.

Joining your Flow account

After receiving the Flow invite email, click Accept Invitation.

If you already have a Pluralsight account, Sign in with your existing credentials.

If your existing Pluralsight account has a different primary email address than the email address for your Flow invitation, sign in using your existing credentials.

If you’ve never had an account at Pluralsight, enter your information in the text fields under Create your account. Check the box to agree to the Terms of use and Privacy policy.

Click Create my account to finish creating your account.

Note: Flow no longer supports OAuth login via BitBucket or GitHub.

Inviting users

You need the Manage users and teams permission to invite other users to share access to your Flow reports.

To invite users:

  1. Click Settings in the top navigation.
  2. In the left navigation under User Management, click Users.
  3. View the current list of users with logins in two different ways:
    • Sort the user list by the Has Login column.
    • Use the advanced filters to filter your user list to users that have a login or have already been invited.
      1. Click Show filters.
      2. Choose Has login, is, and true from the dropdown menu.
      3. Click Apply.
  4. Click the Invite Users button on the top right to invite one or multiple users A modal appears.
  5. Input the email addresses of any users you want to invite.
  6. Determine what they can access to and their view rights:
    • Role
    • Report Access
    • Management Access
    • API Access
    • Team & Individual Contributor View Rights
  7. Click the Send invite button. You successfully invited new users.
    • Once the invitee accepts the invitation, they become a user and can log in to your organization's Flow account.

Resending and deleting invitations

Resend invitations from a user’s details or from Users. Delete invitations from a user’s details.

To resend or delete an invitation from a user’s details:

  1. In the top navigation, click Settings.
  2. In the left navigation under User management, click Users.
  3. Click the user whose invite you want to delete or resend.
  4. Click Resend or Delete on the User details page.

Also adjust the user's access and team membership on this page.

To resend invites from the Users list:

  1. In the top navigation, click Settings.
  2. In the left navigation under User management, click Users.
  3. Use the advanced filters to search to filter for users with pending invites.
  4. In the Actions dropdown menu, click Resend pending invitations.

Disabling a user's account

Disable a user's access to your Flow account on the User details page.

To remove a user’s access to your Flow account:

  1. In the top navigation, click Settings.
  2. In the left navigation under User management, click Users.
  3. Click the user whose access you want to remove.
  4. Toggle their login email to Disabled. The User can no longer log in to your organization’s Flow account.
