Note: You cannot change your primary email address if your account is tied to a business subscription. Your plan admin can follow these steps to update plan members' email addresses.
You can have multiple email addresses associated with your Pluralsight account. These emails must be verified and unique to our system.
Once an email is verified, you can use any of your verified email addresses to log into Pluralsight with your password. You can also use any verified email address on your account to reset your password.
To add a secondary email address, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings tab on your Account page here.
- Click Add email and enter your email address.
- Verify your address.
- To set the new address as your primary email, click on the small key icon that appears to the right of it on that same Settings tab.
What do I do if use an email alias for my account?
We recommend you add any aliases as additional email addresses on your account.
Do I need access to my primary email address, in order to make my secondary email address my primary email address?
No. You can log in to your Pluralsight account with your secondary email address, and then make this email address your primary email address.
