How do I use the Apple TV app?
The Apple TV app is compatible with 4th gen Apple TV devices due to the lack of an App Store for prior versions of the Apple TV. You can find it by searching Pluralsight while using Apple TV. If you have an older device, you can still stream to your TV by using AirPlay.
You will need to have a Pluralsight Skills subscription in order to watch video content, but there is no additional fee for using the app.
The Apple TV app only supports online streaming, and does sync with your account to see features like recently viewed bookmarks and searching our course catalog.

Q: How do I close the Apple TV app?
A: If you ever need to close the app, you can double-press the TV icon button (top right button on the Siri remote) to see all of your open applications. Hover over the Pluralsight app and swipe up with the Siri touchpad controller to close the app.
Q: Why can’t I add/edit my channels on the Apple TV app?
A: This is a feature that’s not currently available for the Apple TV. Please use your browser or mobile device to modify channels.
Q: How do I change the variable speed playback for Apple TV?
A: During a video touch the Siri remote. Select the middle option to adjust the speed. Use the touch remote and to speed up or slow down play speed.
Q: How do I log in to the Apple TV app with my iOS device?
A: With the Pluralsight Apple TV app open, use your iPhone or iPad to open the Pluralsight App on your handheld device. When logged into the Pluralsight app on your handheld device you will see a prompt asking if you want to sign into the Apple TV app. Choose your Apple TV device and you will be logged into the app on your Apple TV.
Note: Your Apple TV and iPhone/iPad must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
