Invalid certificate warning

Tags: Skills

If your browser gives you a warning that the Pluralsight certificate is invalid, the two most common reasons this may happen are:

  • The clock on your machine is significantly off (e.g. the year is wrong). Check the time on your device and make sure it’s current.
  • The network you are on is not recognizing our CA (certificate authority). If you are on a corporate network, follow up with your IT Ops department that our certificate is valid on your network.

If these steps don't resolve the browser warning, please contact Pluralsight Support (opens email form) with a screenshot of your full browser window, including the URL in the address bar, and we can look into this further.
