To manage your ticket projects, start by navigating to your Tickets projects page.
1: On your Flow home page go to the top navigation bar and click Settings. Using the left navigation under Integrations, click Ticket projects.
2: The Ticket project page, gives you an overview of all your ticket projects across each Integration. You can see the integration associated with each project, who added the projects, when they were last updated and their current status.
Refreshing your ticket projects
Refreshing your ticket projects will force a project discovery. This is particularly helpful you are not seeing a project in your list or if a new project has been created but has not yet been imported. Click the Refresh button to refresh your ticket projects.
Using the advanced filters
If you have a large quantity of projects and you need to find a select few that you need to view or delete, you can use the advanced filters to do so.
To use these filters, next to the search box, click Show filters. Advanced filters will appear and you will be able to select your filtering criteria.
In order to remove an imported ticket project you will need to do so at the integration level.
1: Locate the integration that was used to import the ticket project from your integration list (Click Settings then click Integrations in your navigation.)
2: Locate the project/s from the list under the integration and toggle the Import button to "off". This will remove the project from your ticket projects list and any data that was previously ingested.
3: A message will appear confirming your selection. Click Yes, remove ticket data.
4: Success! You have successfully deleted your project.
