Study ACG offline

We appreciate your enthusiasm to continue learning on the go and have made it easy for you to follow your Cloud learning path through our A Cloud Guru app.

Note: The app is only supported on your smart phone and tablet. It is not available on your desktop.

  1. To get started, navigate to the iOS App Store or Google Play store and install the A Cloud Guru app.
  2. Once downloaded, open the app and click GET STARTED when prompted.
  3. Scroll down to sign in using your personal or business email. Your email address should match the email used to purchase your ACG membership.

    Important: SSO users will likely have a different log in process. Some may need to sign in using the Sign in with Google option. Others may be redirected to a SSO page once their company email is filled in.

  4. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the ACG Dashboard landing page. Click View All to access your courses.
  5. On Android, click the download icon next to the video lessons you want to study offline. Your download will begin immediately.
    On iOS, you'll need to have first clicked Start Course for the download icon to appear.

    Note: You'll know the download was successful if you see a delete icon replace the download icon.

  6. For faster results, click Download All toward the top of the screen. If you do choose to download all of the videos at once, you'll need to first confirm two pop-ups.

    Important: Please don't close or navigate away from the app until your courses are done downloading.

  7. Once the download is complete, click Downloads at the bottom of the screen to access your download(s).

You are now ready to enjoy your offline learning.

Can I remove courses from my Downloads page?

Need to free up some spaces for new courses? No problem. From the Downloads page, you can delete individual lessons by clicking the X icon to the right of each lesson. You can also delete all of the course lessons from your downloads by clicking the trash icon at the top of the screen.
