We appreciate your enthusiasm to continue learning on the go and have made it easy for you to follow your Cloud learning path through our A Cloud Guru app.
Note: The app is only supported on your smart phone and tablet. It's not available on your desktop.
Getting started on the app
- To get started, navigate to the iOS App Store or Google Play store and install the A Cloud Guru app.
- Once installed, open the app and tap GET STARTED when prompted.
- Scroll down to sign in using your personal or business email. Your email address should match the email used to purchase your ACG plan.
Important: SSO users will likely have a different log in process. Some may be redirected to a SSO page once their company email is filled in.
Adding course content
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the ACG Dashboard landing page and have the option to download specific lessons or all course content.
From your dashboard, tap View All next to Your Courses.
Select the course you’d like to download.
To add specific content:
Tap the download icon next to the lesson(s) you want to study offline. Your download will begin immediately.
Note: On iOS, you'll need to click Start Course first for the download icon to appear.
Note: You'll know the download was successful if you see a delete icon replace the download icon.
To add all course content:
Tap Download All toward the top of the screen. You’ll have to confirm two popups for the download to begin.
Important: Please don't close or navigate away from the app until your courses are done downloading.
Once the download is complete, access your course content through the Downloads tab at any time.
Removing course content
Need to free up some spaces for new courses? No problem. You have the option to delete specific lessons or all course content in a few steps.
- From the downloads page, select the course with the content you’d like to remove.
- To remove specific content:
Tap the x icon next to the lesson(s) you’d like to remove
- To remove all course content:
Tap the trash icon next to the course title, then tap Delete videos on the confirmation screen.
You now have additional room to download new courses to continue your learning on the go.
