How do I pay for a subscription?

For individual subscriptions, you can pay with credit and debit cards backed by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via PayPal. 

Important: American Express is only available for USD payments.

You will automatically be prompted to pay with USD (United States Dollar), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound), or INR (Indian Rupees). 

At this time we do not accept checks from individuals.

Depending on the location your billing information reflects, we will charge tax on our subscription. This will vary by county, state, and country, so please see your receipt on your invoice page. You can see your invoices here.

When does my subscription renew?

If you have a monthly subscription, your subscription will renew each month on the day of the month you signed up, unless it’s a month in which that date doesn’t exist. In that case, it would renew on the last day of that month. For example, if you signed up on March 31st, your subscription would renew on April 30th.

If you have an annual subscription, your subscription will renew each year on the date you signed up.

If you don't want your subscription to automatically renew, be sure to cancel your subscription. This allows you to continue using your subscription until the expiration date but prevents your subscription from auto renewing.  

Note: While we no longer have the disable auto renew button, the cancel button offers the same functionality.

While we don't offer refunds for Skills subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time -- here's how. After cancelling your subscription, you will still be able to access your course content through the end of your paid term.

My subscription has already expired, how do I renew it? 

If your individual subscription has already expired, you can renew your subscription by following these steps:

  1. Sign into your account and on your Account page, click the Subscription & billing tab
  2. Click Subscribe
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing

Common individual billing questions

Q: Can I just get access to one course?

A: We do not sell access to individual courses, but you can sign up for an individual subscription for just one month to get access to your desired course, and then cancel at any time.

Q: As an individual subscriber, how do I get a printable receipt?

You can access your receipts for up to two years prior through your invoice page.

If you select the PDF icon between the invoice date and invoice number, a new tab or window with a printable invoice will open in your browser. You can print or save the PDF file for your records.
