Why is my browser warning me that Pluralsight's certificate is invalid?

The two most common reasons this may happen are:

  • The clock on your machine is way off (e.g. the year is wrong). Check the time on your device and make sure it’s current.
  • The network you are on is not recognizing our CA (certificate authority). If you are on a corporate network, follow up with your IT Ops department that our certificate is valid on your network.

If these steps don't resolve the browser warning, please email support@pluralsight.com with a screenshot of your full browser window, including the URL in the address bar, and we can look into this further.
