Some of the pages on our website run over HTTPS (using SSL) to protect your password and other profile information from eavesdroppers. In order for SSL to work, your device must trust our SSL certificate. To be more precise, it must trust the cert of the Certificate Authority (CA) that issued our SSL cert.
The two most common reasons this may happen are:
- The clock on your machine is way off (e.g. the year is wrong). Check the time on your device and make sure it’s current.
- The network you are on is not recognizing our CA. If you are on a corporate network, follow up with your IT Ops department that our certificate is valid on your network.
If these steps don't resolve the browser warning, please email email@example.com and we can look into this further.
