  • It’s time to make sure your company has the most successful launch possible. This checklist will help you make the most of Tech Foundations and get your users into the platform and learning.


    Prep for launch day

    • Identify which employees will receive a Tech Foundations license and create an email list.
    • Review Tech Foundations program topics.
      • Decide which topics you’d like your learners to focus on first.
      • Decide whether to keep the program name as Tech Foundations or to create a custom program name.
    • Introduce your team to Tech Foundations.
      • Announce Tech Foundations to your organization, set topic development expectations, and let them know they’ll receive an invitation from Pluralsight soon.
    • Familiarize yourself with leader tools and plan and team management.

    Deployment and technical considerations

    • Add important IP addresses to your allowlist.
      • Ensure your employees can receive important Pluralsight information.

      • Update your program name and description to match your organization’s needs and style.
      • Choose which topics your learners should focus on first by adding or hiding topics.
    • Import employees into Tech Foundations.
      • Copy and paste your learners’ email addresses into the account via your dashboard.
