Skills paths for CompTIA certification prep
Note: Access to CompTIA certification practice exams depends on your subscription or plan type. See Skills subscription and plan comparison to learn what features your subscription or plan can access.
You'll find multiple CompTIA paths (opens in new tab) in our library. Many of the paths also contain certification practice exams to prepare you to sit for your exam. See paths for more information about how paths work in Skills.
Browsing the paths page
To find a CompTIA path for certification prep:
- Click Paths on the navigation menu to open the paths page (opens in new tab).
- Click the Certifications tab.
- Click CompTIA on the Vendors list,

Use the paths search bar to search by test name or test number. - Open a certification path.
Using search and filters
To find a CompTIA path using search or browse:
- Type the test name or test number into the search bar and hit enter/return.
- Scroll to the Content type filter and tick the Paths checkbox.
- (Optional) Use additional filters like Certification, Job Role, and Level to further narrow down your search results. You can also filter by the Practice Exam content type if you just want to see the practice exam.
Submitting Skills courses for CEUs
See CompTIA's website (external site, opens in new tab) for instructions on submitting Skills courses toward specific continuing education credits (CEUs). Review CompTIA's policies to select courses for CEU requirements. See Certificate of completion to learn how to download proof of course completion.
CompTIA exam discount
