Skills courses for PMI® exam preparation
Skills provides relevant project management courses via Paths. This content helps you prepare for and achieve your PMI® certification, and courses can count toward both contact hours and PDUs to maintain your PMI® certification.
To find the path for your specific exam, type the exam name into the Search bar (opens in new tab) in Skills, then select Paths under the Content type filter.
To maintain your PMI® certification, you must earn a specific number of PDUs every three years. Skills courses are approved based on specific categories as defined by PMI®. Visit PMI’s website (external site, opens in new tab) to learn more PDUs and category requirements. Courses cannot be moved or re-classified to count toward other categories. Search PMI's course catalog (external site, opens in new tab) before taking a course to ensure you know the amount of PDUs needed for each section and the category they count towards.
Course certificates of completion
If you're preparing to take a PMI® exam, you can use Skills courses for your PMI® exam application. You can also submit Skills courses to maintain your PDU requirement.
While not necessary for the application process, you should download certificates of completion for your Skills courses to confirm the eligible training hours offered by each course and to document your training in case your application is randomly selected for audit. See Certificates of completion for instructions.
Note: When filling out your contact hours and PDU requirements with PMI®, enter "Pluralsight" in the Provider Name box. For qualifying hours, reference the Course Duration listed on your Pluralsight course certificate of completion.
