Whether switching to a personal subscription or considering future engagement options, this guide simplifies the offboarding process. Follow the steps below to export valuable learning data, preserve achievements, and access resources for potential future use.

Content access
You can access paid content on the Skills platform until your contract end date. After that, users will still be able to log into their accounts to view and export their complete learning history, including courses completed, in-progress, and viewing time. However, they will no longer be able to view paid content after the contract end date. Learn more about how this affects your team in Pluralsight Skills individual accounts and team plans.

There are a few things you’ll want to do before your contract end date:
Notify your learners
For users looking to obtain their own Skills subscription, direct them to the plans and pricing page (opens in new tab) to create an individual account. You can share the article Leaving a team plan with your learners so they know what to expect on their end when your organization’s Skills team plan ends.
Export your reports
Exporting and saving your analytics reports ensures you have access to important data which will be unavailable after your contract has ended. To get started, click Analytics in the Leader view of the navigation menu.
Skills inventory
- Click the Skills inventory tab.
- Set the date range filter to All time.
- Make the appropriate selections in the teams and licenses filters.
- Click the download icon.
- Find the report in your system’s Downloads folder and save it to a secure location.
Users and Usage
- Click the Users & usage tab.
- Set the date range filter to All time.
- Check the box next to your team(s).
- Check the box next to your license(s).
- Click the download icon.
Content
- Click the Content tab.
- Set the date range filter to All time.
- Check the box next to your team(s).
- Check the box next to your license(s).
- Click the download icon.
Tech Foundations (if applicable)
- Click the Tech Foundations tab.
- Set the date range filter to All time.
- Check the box next to your team(s).
- Check the box next to your license(s).
- Click the download icon.
Save data
Let your users know how to save their certificates of completion. They can also preserve their badges and achievements by going to their Trophy case and either printing them to a pdf or taking a screenshot.
To download a copy of your admin activity history, click Log in the Leader view of the navigation menu, then click Download logs.
