Assigning licenses
Once a solution package has been purchased for the plan, it’s time to assign licenses. Some licenses are add ons to be used with Pluralsight Enterprise licenses, while others can be used independently.
See Assigning and revoking team plan licenses to learn more.
Finding your programs
If you’ve been assigned a solution packages license, you have two ways of navigating to your assigned programs. Assigned programs will appear in a home page widget. You can also access your programs via the navigation menu by clicking Programs, then the name of the program.
If you've not been assigned a solution packages license, you won’t see the programs widget or the navigation menu option.
Program pages
Program pages are where content for a particular program is organized and displayed. If a program is still being prepared for delivery, you’ll see a Coming soon page with alternative content to watch.
The program page displays content as individual tiles. A learner can see at a glance the type of content for each level. Level content can include assessments, courses, paths, labs, sandboxes, or placeholders for instructor-led training seminars. Content visible in these tiles depends on the solution package purchased.
A learner can also see the progress they’ve made in a level and for individual pieces of content. Each level shows completed content over total level content as well as a donut progress chart.
Content tiles also show a learner’s progress. These tiles can have the status of Not Started, In Progress, or Complete. Courses and paths show their durations, while labs show the amount of time allowed to complete them.
To fulfill the completion criteria for each piece of content:
- Assessment: pass the assessment.
- Course: watch all clips and modules within the course.
- Path: watch all courses within the path.
- Lab: complete all learning objectives and click Complete Lab.
- Sandboxes: click the corresponding placeholder tile after learning in the specific sandbox.
- Instructor-led training seminar: click the corresponding placeholder tile after attending the seminar.
Note: Instructor-led training seminars are only available in live, digitally-presented sessions.
