Each learner needs their own license to watch paid content on the Pluralsight Skills platform. All team plan licensing is license-per-learner, and we do not offer concurrent licensing. Our plans are priced accordingly, whether your organization needs two licenses or more than 1,000.

License types
A plan license is the base license type that gives learners access to Skills. You can also purchase add-on licenses for your learners. A learner must have a plan license in order to be assigned an add-on license.
For example, if you have five people on your team, you’ll need five plan licenses to give them access to Skills. If you want two of those people to have access to labs, you’ll need to purchase an additional two lab licenses. See the Skills subscription and plan comparison to learn which add-ons are available for your team plan.
By default, plan admins and team managers aren’t assigned a license when they join a plan. You don’t need a license to manage your team, but you do need a license to watch paid content on Skills.
Changing license assignments
If someone leaves your organization, you can revoke their license. See our articles on removing a learner's license or removing a manager or admin's license.
You can add or remove licenses from your plan as needed, but the number of times you can transfer a license to another learner is subject to your organization's agreement with Pluralsight. If you have questions about this, refer to our Terms of Use (opens in new tab) and get in touch with your Pluralsight contact.
Accounts are personal to the learner using them and cannot be shared or reused. Reusing or sharing accounts violates our Terms of Use (opens in new tab). A learner who already has an account can be invited to your team plan, in which case their account and viewing history will be carried over to the plan.
