Using and organizing video courses
Pluralsight Skills organizes courses into paths, and you can further customize your learning by using channels and bookmarks. Upon completing a course, you'll receive a certificate of completion.
With a paid subscription, there's no limit to the amount of content you can access. For offline viewing, check the Apps and offline viewing section for details on the maximum number of courses you can download.
Trial users are limited to 200 minutes of content, but this restriction is lifted once you purchase a subscription.
From a video course's details page
For all courses, you can do the following from the course details page:
- Watch the course (this opens in a new tab).
- Bookmark the course.
- Add the course to a channel. See Adding content to your channel for instructions on adding video courses to channels.
Some courses also provide the following options:
- View the course's transcript (see below).
- Download exercise files to follow along with the author.
- Participate in discussion boards.
- Take an author-written learning check.
- View recommended courses you might also enjoy.

Course updates and freshness
We publish new courses every week, and Pluralsight authors regularly review our courses to make sure we’re delivering the most relevant, up-to-date content possible.To see how recently we published or updated a course, look for the Updated date in the course details sidebar.
With a Skills subscription or license, you can see our newest courses (opens in new tab) anytime. If you don't have a subscription but are still interested in our newest courses, they're always available under our browse courses (opens in new tab) section.

Video transcripts
If you'd prefer to read a transcript or text version, some courses offer non-downloadable transcripts for our video courses. To access the course transcript, click the Transcript tab on the course details page.
Tip: You can jump to any portion of a course using our transcripts. Toggle Transcript links to on and click any sentence or header within a transcript to go to the video covering that portion of the course.
