FAQ for ACG users
When I go to learn.acloud.guru, I see a Pluralsight page. Am I in the right place?
Yes! Sign in on this page with your ACG credentials to access your account. See Signing in with A Cloud Guru credentials.
The sign-in page looks different. Does this mean I'm signing in to an integrated platform?
We’ve updated the sign-in experience to serve ACG and Skills customers in one place. However, you won’t sign in to an integrated platform until your membership or plan is migrated to the single-platform experience Skills. If you’re an admin on a team plan, work with your account representative or Customer Success Manager to determine when your plan will be migrated. If you have a personal membership, we’ll inform you when you’re being migrated and what actions you need to take.
See the Integration hub for the latest on the Skills and ACG integration.
My ACG plan was migrated to Skills. Where do users sign in?
Users who were on the ACG plan before it was migrated to Skills should continue to use the ACG sign-in page (opens in new tab). They'll be directed to Skills when signing in with their existing ACG credentials.
Users who were invited to the plan after it migrated to Skills should use the Skills sign-in page (opens in new tab).
How do I navigate from ACG to Skills?
After you sign in to ACG, use the app-switcher to navigate to Skills.
