When purchasing a Pluralsight Skills team plan or starting a free trial, you’ll be asked to verify your email with a one-time password (OTP). This is a six-digit code sent to the email address you provided when entering your account details.

Who can use this?
Entering your OTP
- Choose a team subscription on the pricing page (opens in new tab).
- Enter your account details. Then check the box to agree to Pluralsight’s Terms of Use (opens in new tab), and click Continue.
- Check the email address you entered in Step 2 for an email from Pluralsight that contains your OTP. The code will expire after 10 minutes.
- Enter your OTP and click Verify Email.
- Click Continue to proceed with checkout.
Common questions
Why do I need to enter a code?
We require a one-time password to ensure that your email address can’t be used by others to purchase a subscription or begin a trial.
I didn’t receive a code. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Check that the email you used is accurate by clicking Account at the top of the page to return to your account details.
- Make sure you’re checking the correct email’s inbox.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Click Resend OTP on the checkout page to generate a new email.
If you still don’t receive an OTP after a few minutes, use the live chat on the checkout page for assistance, or reach out to our Support team.
Why do I see an error message when I try to enter my code?
You might see an error for the following reasons:
- Your OTP has expired. In this case, click Resend OTP to resend an email with a new code.
- You entered the OTP incorrectly. Double-check that the code you entered matches the one sent to your email.
- You’ve exceeded the number of incorrect OTP attempts. Wait two hours to try again.
